ERC Smart Scale

The ERC scale offers a total solution – charge, evacuate or monitor – in one easy to use, low cost digital unit.

Featuring Timed Evacuation – the ERC can be used to evacuate for a pre-selected time; on completion of a process the ERC signals an alarm to alert the operator; Programmable Charge – a fully automatic charge can be selected on completion of evacuation; an alarm alerts the operator at the end of the process; Recovery Monitor – allows ANY tank or cylinder to be automatically monitored. It signals an alarm and shuts down the recovery process when the tank is at the recommended 80%.

Other scales/recovery machine combinations rarely follow this requirement for tank over-fill protection, and this is an industry standard.

Offering complete versatility, the ERC may be used as a standard scale to weigh recovered refrigerant or alternatively weigh refrigerant for accurate charging.
